Self Insert Lore

Many of my self inserts are "direct" / isekais to their respective worlds but some are more OC-like (Kosmos vs Ren). However, I have a few OC x canon ships (Timeless x Nanami) that aren't quite self inserts but are projecting on the OC. For this reason, the OC section is for the more OCxcanon type, while the Self Insert is for the more 'me' type.

main inserts

  Kosmos. Final Fantasy XVI/16.     —   Kosmos, aka Ryder or "Kos", is an isekai into FFXVI. He's a 23yr old, binary pre-op trans guy, who uses he/him, and was a gamer in his old life. His appearance in the world of Valisthea is partially driven by Clive's decision to try to save Joshua at Origin, the ending location of the game. This triggers a massive change in the story, causing an almost "New game+" mode, with Clive thrust back in time to just before the battle between Shiva and Titan   —   wth two new additions: Clive knows the plot and Kosmos' appearance...someone was never in the original story. Ryder finds himself in the world he is familiar with and grappling with a newly found power, remarkably similar to Clive's own. Together, they must try and save this world and its' people - or see it fall to Ultima...
Anyway, Kos is dating Barnabas Tharmr and Sleipnir Harbard (polyship).

  Jupe. Forspoken.     —  
Similar to Frey, Jupiter "Jupe" Arenshaw is an arrival from earth to Athia and wears a mixture of Earth-style and Athian-style clothes. Their powers are golden and they can use this energy to speed them up, move rapidly and summon some limited hard-light weapons. For the most part, he uses swords or spears - to keep some distance.Jupe is a huge pessimist and is bonded to "Cuff"/Susurrus with the knowledge that they will eventually die because of this. They literally will not survive with this bonding as they're a regular human and spend a good chunk of the story trying to find Tanta Alfrey (Frey) in Rheddah, so that she could potentially unbind them. Strangely though, the infection / spread of Cuff is slower than what happened to Thalia...

  Carolus. Gachiakuta     —   Carolus is a 25yr old cleaner with team Eager and is part OC, part insert. He uses various pronouns as he is a system with alters, who use different ones for each. His jinki is a trinket bracelet with different items that reflect his alters and grant them different abilities, sometimes also allowing for combined trinket usage. Eventually, I'll add more details abt Carolus but just know he is a very personal S/I to me and means a lot. They are dating Tamsy and Zodyl.

  Ry. MHA / general sona.     —   Ry is a general sona that I use for a few medias, but most frequently with MHA, specifically to ship with Aizawa and Yamada. Though Void is what I consider my "canon" selfship with them, Ry frequently gets the brunt of my writing/drawing/etc, especially when it comes to AUs.

  Ultraviolet. My Hero Academia.     —   {TBA details!} He is shipped with Dabi and Hawks together, Shigaraki separately and sometimes all three at once!

  Void. My Hero Academia.     —   Introducing Void, an underground hero! She essentially has Gojo's powers - with a few twists - and this makes her a real menace to the story. Since her quirk first manifested, she's known that there was someone out there who could steal quirks and that they wanted powerful quirks, which led her to fly under the radar until her teenage years. From here, she joined a British hero school and graduated with flying colours and no small amount of momentum.However, her abilities are very suited to stealth and spying so she's recruited right of secondary school at 18 to join as an undercover hero, forgoing the limelight. She spends the next six years doing this work and, during this time, briefly meets and befriends All Might. Throughout this entire time, she has been ignoring one huge thing: she's actually a trans guy. Yeah.At the age of 24, her identity gets leaked and her cover is blown, forcing her to leave Europe. She's offered a job by Nedzu to work alongside All Might as one of the Hero Training teachers and she accepts. It's also now that she begins to accept her own trans identity and starts using he/him.Somewhere down this line, he falls in love with Shouta and Hizashi, who, in this verse, are married in secret. Well, it's not a secret really but it is a secret to the students because they're teenagers and they'd never let that go.Key notes:

  Ren. Solo Leveling.     —   Seren - or just Ren - is a 25yr old S-rank Hunter from Britain and is a they/he enby. Their healing abilities are renowned for one reason alone - their unique ability to revive someone after their death. * Many T&Cs apply! They are dating Goto.

  Eamonn. Jujutsu Kaisen.     —  
Eamonn is an Irish curse that incarnates into Jay, a non-sorceror, a few years prior to the main events of JJK. He remains unaware of Eamonn for some time and, only during the Shinjuku incident, does Eamonn awaken fully and 'stitches' together himself, Toji and Choso.He's part of a very AU / diverging canon, along with a fair few other little bits. Although Eamonn incarnates, similar to Yuji and Sukuna's situation, Jay isn't fully erased, though their personalities do begin to merge and they aren't fully separate.Eamonn's cursed technique is "stitch" and it allows him to stitch two or more objects together. His innate domain is something he has yet to manifest... Though, his ability to stitch people together, forcing them to experience what the other is feeling (both pain and pleasure), and his pink colouring has led people to misinterpret him as a love-based curse. Although ranked as a special-grade for his intelligence/sentience, he isn't considered a threat in the same way as most others with this ranking, due to this interpretation and it allows him to fly largely under the radar/earns him leniency from most sorcerers.Key notes:
- Eamonn and Jay are both the same person and also not.
- Eamonn uses he/him, Jay uses he/they.
- When Eamonn is in control, the scholera of his eyes go fully pinkThey're shipped with Toji and Choso, though it's worth noting Jay prefers Toji and Eamonn prefers Choso.

OC Lore

  Timeless. Jujutsu Kaisen.     —   An OC, Judas / "Timeless" is a special-grade jujutsu sorcerer, and twin to Keth / "Cyclical". They were separated at a fairly young age due to 'The Incident' (where both their curse techniques overlapped and caused. a lot of problems) and he was raised in Britain by his father's side of the family - he has a very Northern accent. He attended Jujutsu High as a teenager and was reunited with Keth here, though they never fully reconciled. Although he has his grievances with the jujutsu world, he sides with Gojo and doesn't agree with out-right murdering all non-sorcerers.Although he took a brief break from the jujutsu world for a year after graduating, he eventually returns to it and takes up teaching at Jujutsu High. Around this time, he has a...complicated relationship with Kento Nanami - that follows into present day canon when Nanami returns to sorcery too.His cursed technique "timeless" forces people to experience infinite time (mentally, anyway) and can cause very, very large explosions when combined with Keth's "Cyclical" technique. For the most part, he teaches, games (especially FFXIV), and can be found chatting away with some of the other sorcerers.Key notes:

- He is an out trans man and has been since he was a teenager
- He is a year older than Nanami / was born in 1989, same as Gojo.

  Cyclical. Jujutsu Kaisen.     —   An OC, Keth, usually known as "Cyc", is a curse user and twin to Judas / "Timeless"! They were separated at a fairly young age due to 'The Incident' (where both their curse techniques overlapped and caused. a lot of problems) and she was raised by her mother's side of the family, in western Ireland - she has a strong Irish accent! Eventually, she attended Jujutsu High alongside her twin as a teenager, in the same year as Gojo, but their differences were very apparent... Regardless, she sides with Geto in the 'divorce' and ends up becoming known as a curse user.Her cursed technique "Cyclical" puts people into a time loop and can cause very large explosions when used in too close proximity to Judas' "Timeless" technique. Often, she gets into fights with regular people - they've become something of a vigilante, while also exorcising any curses she comes across. Due to their very loaded past with both Geto and Gojo, she hasn't been targeted by Gojo as a curse user and also cuz, for the most part, she sticks to Europe and the States.Key notes:
- Keth uses she/they!
- her colour scheme comes from Spiritbox's Fear of Fear EP!
- she's a butch - but unsure exactly where their romantic feelings lie. she's probably bisexual, but leans towards liking women.
